Jetpack Joyride MOD APK 1.104.2 is the current build of Halfbrick's lab-escape runner — 100 million Google Play installs, 4.4 stars from 4.7 million reviews, and still the game people mean when they say "jetpack game" — with its one shop currency uncapped. Everything in the Stash is priced in coins: the dozens of jetpacks, the costumes, the gadgets and their sectors, the utilities, the vehicle magnets, gold platings and special skins, the Boost upgrades, even the mission skips. In the stock game that is a long grind of 100- to 300-coin runs against prices that climb to 60,000 for a vehicle skin and 425,000 for the last Boost level. Here the balance does not go down when you buy, so the Stash is a menu, not a savings plan.

What the unlimited coins MOD actually changes

• Unlimited coins — the balance does not decrease when you pay for anything in the Stash, so every jetpack, costume, gadget, utility and vehicle upgrade with a coin price is affordable from the first run.
• Every gadget sector open — gadgets unlock sector by sector as you buy, and Flash, the dog in the last sector, sits tens of thousands of coins deep in the stock game; buy straight through and run Coin Magnet, Gemology or Free Ride in both slots from day one.
• Ranks as fast as you tap — missions can be skipped for coins (a full badge of skips costs 58,500), so the rank titles, the badges and the rank-up payouts stop depending on which three missions you were dealt.
• Utilities every run — Head Start (500) and Super Head Start (1,500) are effectively free at the start of each run, which is the quickest way to the 2,000 m+ stretch where the lab gets interesting.

What it does not do: the source labels this build "Unlimited Coins" and nothing else. Spin tokens are still collected in the run and still decide the Final Spin; Event Tokens and the event-only jetpacks and costumes still come from playing the events; the Coin Doubler, the third gadget slot and the Wave Rider are paid or event items and stay that way. There is no menu, no god mode, no magnet toggle and no ad removal, and there are no "unlimited gems" because Jetpack Joyride has no gems. The six default vehicles — Bad As Hog, Crazy Freaking Teleporter, Gravity Suit, Lil' Stomper, Mr. Cuddles and Profit Bird — were never locked in the first place; they arrive as vehicle tokens mid-run, and only their upgrades cost coins. Pages promising "all 27 jetpacks unlocked", "God Mode" or "Unlimited Everything" for Jetpack Joyride 1.104.2 are describing other files — most of them still the 1.104.1 build from March.

What is in Jetpack Joyride 1.104.2

Halfbrick's note for the current update is short — bugs squashed, overall improvements — on a game that first launched in 2011 and has been patched rather than rebuilt ever since. Barry Steakfries breaks into a secret laboratory, steals the Machine Gun Jetpack and flies right, one finger on the screen: hold to climb, release to fall, and thread the zappers, the laser beams that sweep the corridor and the missiles that announce themselves with a warning icon before they arrive. Coins are laid out in shapes that mark the safe line; spin tokens go into the slot machine after you crash, where a spin can hand back coins, a Head Start, a revive or a Final Blast that fires your body a few hundred metres further. Vehicle tokens swap the jetpack for one of six machines with its own controls — the Lil' Stomper mech, the Profit Bird that drops coins, the Crazy Freaking Teleporter, the Bad As Hog motorbike, the Gravity Suit that flips you to the ceiling and Mr. Cuddles, the mechanical dragon in the second screenshot — and the daily S.A.M. challenge adds the Strong Arm Machine from the first and fifth screenshots, which deflects missiles with its fist and pays out a costume for five days in a row. Three missions are active at any time; stars from them raise your rank, each rank pays 400 to 6,000 coins, and every fifteenth rank is a badge. Time-limited events bring their own tokens and exclusive rewards. Google Play rates the game Everyone 10+ for fantasy violence; the store version shows optional ads and sells coin packs, the Coin Doubler and the third gadget slot from $0.99 to $119.99.

Offline, no OBB, single APK — the requirements

• Android 7.0 (Nougat) or newer, phones and tablets
• One APK of 219 MB — no OBB or data folder to copy; keep about 800 MB free for the download and the installed game
• No root
• Tagged offline by the source: runs, missions, ranks, the Stash and the S.A.M. challenge work with data off; events, leaderboards, achievements and cloud save need a connection
• A different signature from the Play Store app, so it will not install over the store copy, and store progress does not carry over

Events, leaderboards and the online side

Events run on Halfbrick's schedule and leaderboards, achievements and cloud save go through Google Play Games, and either side is free to reject or restrict a modified client. We do not promise the events or the leaderboards work with this build, and we would not sign a main Google account into it — keep the Play Games sign-in off and the save stays local. What the coins actually buy — jetpacks, costumes, gadgets, upgrades, utilities, mission skips — is all offline, and that is what this file is for.

Who this build is for

The player who has done the grind once already and wants the full Stash on a new phone, the collector who wants every jetpack and costume Halfbrick sells for coins without the month of 200-coin runs, and anyone who likes the dodging more than the saving up. If you are after infinite spin tokens, a god mode or the event-only legendaries on day one, this is not that file — and nothing on this page pretends it is.
