Subway Surfers MOD APK 3.70.3 is the current Transylvania-season build of SYBO's endless runner with exactly one change: coins and keys never run out. You still swipe between three lanes, dodge trains and outrun the inspector — but the shop, the upgrades and the continue-after-crash prompt stop asking you to grind or pay. It installs as a single 257 MB APK on Android 7.0 or newer, needs no root, and the game itself plays offline.

What the unlimited coins and keys MOD actually changes

Unlimited coins — spend freely on characters, hoverboards, mystery boxes and the jetpack, coin-magnet, 2× multiplier and super-sneaker upgrades.
Unlimited keys — continue a run after every crash and open anything priced in keys.
Everything else is the stock game — same tracks, same difficulty curve, same seasonal content and events.

What it does not do, so you know before downloading: there is no mod menu, no god mode, no speed or fly hack, and no "all characters unlocked" switch. Characters and boards that are earned with Season tokens or Hunt collectibles still have to be earned in-game — the MOD only removes the coin and key wall.
