By using MODKICK you agree to the following. They are deliberately short.
1. The service
MODKICK is an index of modified Android applications with editorial descriptions, reviews and links to files hosted by third parties. We do not sell software and we do not host application files.
2. Your responsibility
Installing modified software may violate the terms of the original developer or your platform, and may carry account or device risk. You decide what to install; MODKICK is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
3. Accounts
One account per person. Keep your password secret. We may suspend accounts that spam, abuse other members, manipulate votes or ratings, or post malicious links.
4. Content you post
Reviews, requests and reports must be yours and honest. You grant MODKICK a licence to display them. No advertising, no links to files, no personal data about others.
5. Intellectual property
Trademarks and app names belong to their owners. Rights holders can request removal via the DMCA page.
6. Changes
We may change these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes are announced on the site.
