MODKICK is an editor-curated catalogue of modified Android games and apps. We would rather list 300 builds we have personally installed than 30,000 we have not.
How a mod gets on the site
- Requested or spotted. Most additions come from the request board; the rest from games our editors already play.
- Matched to the original. We record the Play Store listing, package name and base version so you always know what you are installing — and we re-check Google Play daily, so a new official version shows up on the page as “pending” until a matching MOD is approved.
- Approved by an editor. Nothing goes live automatically: an editor reviews every build, its MOD features and its download link before publishing. If something only half-works, the listing says so.
- Mirrors monitored. Links are re-checked daily and marked broken automatically; reader reports flag them even faster.
- Versions kept. Older builds stay downloadable with their changelogs, because updates sometimes break mods.
What we will never do
- No fake “Download” buttons, no offer walls, no forced app installs.
- No repacked files with extra “bonus” software.
- No social logins or data harvesting — an account is just an email and a password, and you can delete it any time.
Ads
The site is funded by a small number of clearly labelled ad placements. We never place ads that imitate download buttons, and the countdown page works with an ad blocker enabled.

If you own an app listed here and want it removed, use the DMCA page. Valid notices are actioned within 48 hours.
