Home Workout – No Equipment MOD APK 1.7.9 is the current build of Leap Fitness Group's bodyweight trainer with the Premium tier unlocked: the ads between sets and after each session are gone, and the paid personalisation — a plan built around your goal and level, plus workouts you assemble yourself — is open from the first launch. The exercise library was never behind the paywall, so what you get is the same app without the interruptions and the upsell screens. It is a 46 MB APK for Android 6.0 or newer, needs no root and no account.

What "Premium unlocked" means in Home Workout

• No ads — no banners, no full-screen ad after a session, no "watch a video to continue".
• Personalised plans and custom workouts — the features Leap sells as Premium: a plan generated from your goal, fitness level and schedule, and custom routines built from the exercise library.
• Everything else is the stock app — the same abs, chest, arms, legs, butt and full-body workouts, beginner to advanced levels, warm-up and stretching routines, animation and video guides, weight and progress tracking, reminders.

What it does not do, so you know before you download: a modified APK can only unlock what the app decides on the device. Anything that depends on Leap's servers — the AI-coach features newer versions advertise, for example — is outside what this build can promise; if a feature needs a sign-in or a live connection in the original, assume the unlock does not cover it. It does not bundle Leap's other apps (Lose Weight App for Men, Six Pack in 30 Days and Workout for Women are separate apps with separate MOD builds), and it does not change the exercises themselves.

The Play Store listing is on the same 1.7.9 build (28 September 2026). Beyond the classic muscle-group workouts, the current app adds height-increase routines, HIIT, calisthenics and Pilates-style sessions, warm-up and stretching before and after every workout, an automatic workout log, a weight tracker with a trend chart, smart reminders, and video plus animation guidance for every exercise. The MOD build follows the official version numbers; when Leap ships the next update we check the source daily and publish the matching build after a review, so expect a short gap after each release — the version on this page is always the one behind the download button.

Home Workout MOD vs the Play Store version

This build is for people who want the trainer ad-free and with the plan builder, without a subscription. If you want to support the developer, keep the Play Store's automatic updates, or rely on the app's own cloud backup through a Google sign-in, stay on the store version — a MOD APK only moves to a new version when a new build is published here, and the workout history of the two installs does not merge.
